Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at www.qmission.net, including all of its pages, language versions, content, and forms (together, the “Website”). The Website is operated by Q-Mission Corp (“Q-Mission”, “we”, “us”, “our”), 1001 SW 128 Terrace, B301, Pembroke Pines, FL 33027, United States.
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website. If you use the Website on behalf of an organization, agency, or other entity, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.
Scope: the Website and the ForceGen platform
The Website is an informational site that presents Q-Mission Corp and its solutions, including Q-Mission® ForceGen, a cybersecurity workforce readiness solution for military and enterprise cyber forces, and allows visitors to learn about them and contact Q-Mission.
Access to the ForceGen platform itself, including its training environments, assessments, Q-Scores, and the Q-Mi assistant, is provided only to organizations under a separate written agreement with Q-Mission. These Terms do not grant any right to access or use the platform.
Platform access is governed by contract. If you are an authorized user of the ForceGen platform through your organization, your use of the platform is governed by your organization’s agreement with Q-Mission and any platform policies referenced in it. In case of conflict between these Terms and that agreement, the agreement prevails.
Use of the Website
3.1Permitted use
You may use the Website for lawful purposes, including learning about Q-Mission and its solutions, evaluating them for your organization, and contacting Q-Mission. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to submit information through the Website.
3.2Prohibited conduct
When using the Website, you agree not to:
- use the Website in any way that violates applicable law or regulation;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, its servers, or any connected system or network;
- scan, probe, or test the vulnerability of the Website, or bypass any security or authentication measure, without prior written authorization from Q-Mission;
- introduce malware, or interfere with or disrupt the Website or its infrastructure, including through denial-of-service activity;
- use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access, copy, or collect content or data from the Website, except standard search engine indexing;
- submit false, misleading, or impersonating information, or information you are not authorized to share;
- copy, frame, or mirror the Website, or use its content to build a competing product or service.
3.3Security testing requires written authorization
Any security testing of the Website or Q-Mission systems without prior written authorization is prohibited. If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please report it to info@qmission.net and do not access, modify, or disclose data beyond what is needed to describe the issue.
Intellectual property
The Website and all of its content, including text, graphics, videos, logos, designs, software, and the selection and arrangement of that content, are owned by Q-Mission or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Q-Mission®, ForceGen, Q-Scores, Q-Mi, and related names, logos, and marks are trademarks of Q-Mission Corp. Nothing on the Website grants you any license to use them without our prior written permission.
You may view and print pages of the Website for your own internal, non-commercial evaluation of our solutions, provided you do not remove any copyright or proprietary notices. Any other use requires our prior written consent.
Information on the Website
Content on the Website is provided for general information only. It does not constitute an offer, a binding commitment, or professional, legal, or operational advice. Descriptions of features, capabilities, results, and readiness metrics are illustrative and may change without notice.
The availability, scope, and terms of ForceGen for any organization are defined exclusively in that organization’s written agreement with Q-Mission. We make reasonable efforts to keep the Website accurate and current but do not guarantee that all content is complete, accurate, or up to date at all times.
Information you submit
6.1Contact and demo requests
When you submit information through the Website, for example to request a demo or contact our team, you confirm that it is accurate and that you are authorized to share it. We use that information to respond to you and as described in our Privacy Policy.
6.2Feedback
If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback about our solutions or the Website, you grant Q-Mission a perpetual, royalty-free right to use it for any purpose, without any obligation to you.
6.3Do not submit sensitive or controlled information
The Website’s forms are not designed for sensitive data. Do not submit classified information, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), export-controlled technical data, or operational details about your organization’s systems or personnel through the Website. If such information needs to be shared, contact us first so we can agree on an appropriate channel.
Privacy and cookies
Our collection and use of personal information through the Website, including through cookies and similar technologies, is described in our Privacy Policy, available on the Website. By using the Website, you acknowledge that your information will be handled as described there.
Export controls and sanctions
You agree to comply with all applicable U.S. export control and economic sanctions laws in connection with your use of the Website. You represent that you are not located in a country or region subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions, and that you are not on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Q-Mission does not control and is not responsible for their content, policies, or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT IT IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Q-MISSION AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE WEBSITE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE WEBSITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you. This section does not limit any liability under an organization’s written agreement with Q-Mission, which is governed by that agreement.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Q-Mission and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Website.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Website will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Government users: if you access the Website on behalf of a government agency, sections XII and XIII apply only to the extent permitted by the laws applicable to that agency, and nothing in these Terms waives any immunity or protection available to it under applicable law.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the Website with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Website after the update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
General provisions
Entire agreement: these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Q-Mission regarding the Website. They do not replace any written agreement for the ForceGen platform.
Severability: if any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
No waiver: our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
Assignment: you may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Language: if these Terms are provided in more than one language, the English version prevails in case of any inconsistency.
